Tesla is looking for a talented Commercial Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will support business teams on a variety of engineering and commercial transactions and negotiations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical acumen and experience with various types of technology, licensing, and development and supply agreements related to electronics, semiconductors, software, firmware, hardware, manufacturing, and equipment purchase and lease agreements. A background that incorporates a mixture of law firm and in-house experience is ideal. A strong background in all facets of IP transactions and commercial law is required, and a technical background is strongly preferred.
